Terms and Conditions for participation in the Giveaway

1. Organizer

The giveaway is organized by Majestic Rose, based in Gooik, Belgium. For questions or comments, you can contact us at sales@majesticrose.eu.

2. Participation Requirements

• Participants must be at least 18 years old and have a permanent residence in Belgium.

• The giveaway is open to all residents of Belgium, with the exception of employees of the organizer and anyone who is professionally connected to this giveaway.

• No purchase is necessary to participate.

3. Registration Period

The giveaway begins on September 08, 2024, at 8:00 AM and ends on September 15, 2024, at 6:00 PM. Entries after this period will not be considered.

4. Participation Process

To participate in the giveaway, entrants must complete the online registration form and follow at least one of the social media accounts.

5. Prize

The prize consists of one perfume of choice with a value between €145 – €165. One winner will be selected. The prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not negotiable.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries on September 22, 2024, at 8:00 PM and announced on our social media channels. The prize will be sent to the winner to his/her submitted address in the last week of September 2024.

7. Announcement and Acceptance of Prizes

The winner will be notified immediately after the draw via email and social media. If a winner does not respond within 24 hours, the organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Use of Data

By participating in the giveaway, you agree to the processing of your personal data by the organizer for the purposes of this giveaway, including communication regarding the giveaway and any promotional activities. The data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Belgian privacy laws. The data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

9. Liability

The organizer is not liable for any damage, loss, or costs arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize, except in the case of intent or gross negligence on the part of the organizer. Participation is entirely at your own risk.

10. Changes and Cancellation

The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if necessary due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, including technical problems, fraud, or legal obligations.

11. Other Conditions

The organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with a prize of equal value if the original prize is not available. The organizer is not responsible for technical malfunctions, internet connection issues, or other reasons that prevent participation.
